you have not given the details of when it happens, whether it happens during a sexual encounter or when you mastrubate. what ever the case may be the condition does direct towards a diagnosis of prematyre ejaculation. contact with details to get useful solutions or approach a sexologist or psycho sex therapist for remedies

You are having a premature ejaculation. Proper evaluation is needed by a urologist to rule out any organic cause like low levels of testosterone. Frequent masturbtion is one of the major cause. Drug abuse, smoking, alcohol also affect the performance.
