A 4 year old has just been diagnosed with blood cancer, the kind that eats holes in his body . He was seen because he had a finger-sized hole in the back of his skull with a large tumor seeping out of it. What does he have and what is his likely prognosis?

Unfortunately treatment is symptomatic and slow down the illness but doent cure it
