Well one day i was kneeling down and i sat like that for 15min and it started to hurt from the back of my knee cap and now its hurting the whole of my leg and the bottom of the foot feels like quite alot of pressure and legs and feel like something is moving and i should i also mention i use the computer a lot so that mean s sitting down all day so any answers?

hello, do wait for some days. the pain should come down. in order to sit in front of the computer, do adopt a right posture. have your back errect. do mantain sufficient distance from the screen, do take a break after every 45 minutes. keep rolling youreyes often do stretching exercises
