I have moderate to severe glenoid chondromalcia with full thickness tears along the posterior and inferior glenoid margins is associated with intra-articular osseous cysts. Can you explain in layman terms and or show a picture so I can understand this. Thank you.
The glenoid capsule is present in the shoulder joint that holds the arm bone in place. A tear and degenerative changes will make it weak and cause decreased stability of the joint thus causing pain.
