In case these are multiple, like the ones on your right rib and might be at other places, the opinion goes towards multiple lipomas, again a benign lesion. The diagnosis could be made by clinical assessment along with some investigations if need be. So, I would suggest you to get these lumps assessed by a general surgeon for proper management.
