What Is The Ache In My Testicles Along With Back Ache And Diarrhea?

Hi, I have an achey feeling in my testicles, mainly my left, this in turn makes me feel like I need to break wind allot, I am getting slight back ache and diarrhoea, my testicles are quite tender, when proded they feel like someone is squeezing them, any ideas? kindest regards, Sam

Thanks for your query.
I have read and understood that you have 3 problems simultaneously which may not be related to each other.
1. Pain in the testicles, when podded, they feel like someone is squeezing them and are tender.
2. Slight backache
3. diarrhea, feeling like breaking the wind.

The causes of the pain in the testicles can be due to infection as per the history your have provided.

Diarrhea may be due to enteritis
The backache can be due to both the factors or may be a local problem.
