What Is The Alternative Of Spasmo Proxyvon Capsules?

i have been taking 10 to15 spasmo proxyvon capsules a day since the year 1999.i am 34,to me it seems its impossible to quit taking spasmo proxyvon.i tried many times,please can u suggest me another medicine which serves the same purpose with a lesser harm.
