M.R.I Finings - A know patient of the recurrent shoulder dislocation revealed: - Disruption continuity of the anterior inferior labrum with slight anterior detachment associated with Hill-Sachs fracture {Cartilaginous Bankart injury} - preserved width and smooth articular surfaces of the gleno-humeral and acromio- clavicular articulations. - preserved sub-acrominal sub deltoid fat planes. - No joint effusion detected. - Normal examined musculatures with preserved intervening fascial fat planes. Impression: - Cartilaginous bankart lesions, associated with Hill-Sachs fracture.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern the MRI reports suggest the fracture of glenoid bone particularly the edge of this bone and this is the only reason causes the recurrent dislocation and this is to be repaired now, hope this information helps you have nice day.
