What Is The Appropriate Treatment For Hepatomegaly With Fatty Liver, Renal Cysts And Prostatomegaly?
Hello sir good morning...My father is above 70 years he is suffering with 1.prostatomegaly grade - l with no significant post void residual valume.2.bilateral simple cortical renal cysts(one on each side) 3. Hepatomegaly with grade - l fatty liver. I request you to provide guidance for further treatment

Prostatomegaly with no significant residual urine does not need any intervention.
Simple renal cyst also do not need further intervention.
Hepaomegaly could be age related fatty change or sometimes related to alcohol intake
