What Is The Best Cream For Anal Fissure In Philippines?
Hello Dr. G. I would like to ask, what is best cream for anal fissure here in Philippines? I bought faktu ointment but I am confused how to use it since there is a tube with holes inserted in the box. I tried to apply faktu last night using my finger to massage around anal area. Is this a right way of application? I am hoping and looking forward to hear your answer. Thank you so much! Ossy

There are creams are available for anal fissure.
One is analgesic cream and another is antibiotic cream.
There is applicator for application.
But you can use with finger covered with finger gloves.
Apply smoothly by doing massaging around anal area.

1] Sit in a tub of tolerably hot water for 5-10 minutes twice a day.[Sitz bath] for a week
2] Please eat a high fiber diet & drink 3-3.5 liters of liquids per day for a softer stools.
3] Diltigesic cream if available.
