What Is The Best Medicine For Abortion?

im 1month and 1week pregnant i am 18 years old i need to abort this. There is 5 tablet in the kit.(mifty kit).today morning at 10am i taken 1st tab of mifepriton and after dat taken 2nd dose of two tab misoprostol at evening 4pm. After all the there is no bleeding plz sugest me wht to do..

Thanks for writing to us.

First of all, you should keep contact with local gynecologist for medical abortion and in emergency situation.

Upon taking TWO tabs of Misoprostol, you should await for 48-72 hrs to get vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramp. In most cases, abortion process is started during this time.

If bleeding doesn't occur after 72 hrs, then you may need 2nd dose of Misoprostol after reassessment of the case. You should consult with your doctor if abortion process is not started within 7 days.

Post pill abortion, you must do a USG lower abdomen to check retained bits/ conceptional products (if any) and may need D &C to complete abortion.

Practice safe sex by using safe period/OCP/ other methods to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
