my last period was 18th December and i had unprotected sex on the 28th, i took an i-pill within an hour, but it didn t work, i conceived! i also have some fibroids in my uterus, i am 39 years old, what will be the safest and effective abortion method for me? Thank you.

Abortion is not something that simple and the main thing you need to be thinking about is taking another life. Things happen for a reason, and if you skipped the right timing or effectivity of the contraceptive pill, then may be you should be having this child.
