Hello dear
Understand your concern
Best medicine for abortion is mifepristone plus misoprostol, but it should be used under supervision of gynecologist.
Home use is avoided as it cause excessive bleeding, cramps , failure and risk of infections.
USG should be done to check intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days.
Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Bleeding just more than period with tissue and blood clots will pass after using pill and will disappear in 5-6 days.
Follow up at 7th day and USG at 14th day should be done to confirm incomplete abortion.
Rest for 24 hour, healthy diet with iron and multivitamains should be advisable.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
