What Is The Best Medicine For Bronchitis?
I was diagnosed with bronchitis 3 days ago. I was given prescriptions for a nebulizer, Ipratropium Bromide and Albuterol Sulfate, and Tessalon Pearls. I m getting a fluttering feeling in my chest at my sternum. I m still very wheezy even after using the nebulizer. Should I go to the ER or wait to see my PCP?

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should consult emergency room and start intravenous treatment because you are worsening even after nebulization therapy.
Possibility of lung infection is high.
So also get done chest x ray.
Along with nebulization drugs, you may need intravenous steroids, antibiotic and bronchodilators.
So better to consult emergency room and discuss all these.
