What Is The Best Medicine For Sinus Infection?

I was on antibotics for 10 days amoxicilan..for sinuses infection..now I have a ocean sound in my ear and still congested a bit and I am getting dizzy on and off.I cannot take decongestions cause they get me agitated..and I get allergies also.I am 67 yrs old also..

Hi.
Read your history of a sinus infection and taking Amox for the same.
You say, Decongestants cause you agitation ; you can certainly take nasal/topical decongestants like xylometazoline 4 times a day followed by steam inhalations.
I would further advise CT scan of the sinuses to see exact problems and plan for surgery if indicated as per the CT diagnosis.

You may need an additional or change of antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines, probiotics, multivitamins for early recovery .
