I understand your concern. First of all if condom is torn then you are unprotected. so take emergency pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex to get its benefit and to prevent pregnancy. Also you can start taking oral contraceptive pill every month to prevent pregnancy and also there is no requirement to use the condom for the protection. so you can plan the contraception as per your need and as per your requirement. so you remain safe from pregnancy until you desired.
