Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Some people will have a muscular body, and first of all confirm whether it is muscle or the fat. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . You can get the result by minimizing the use of calories, fats, ice cream, fries, and oily foods. Practice yoga, walking, and do any work in front of you irrespective of whose work it is at home. Minimize the sleeping time practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid day time sleep. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
