1 year ago I started to have this problem, it seems that when I talk that I have a cold, but I don t, other people asks me the same. I can hear myself breathing and it seems to come out of my right ear. If I walk a distance it gets worse. I SEEN A SPECIALISTS, he says it is my Patulous Eustachian Tube. He prescribed a medicine i.e. Lugols strong solution qtY 50MLS, 3 DROPS IN EACH NOSTRIL 3 TIMES A DAY FOR 10 DAYS. I DO NOT FIND ANYTHING TO TREAT THIS DISORDER. If I LAY DOWN FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR, MOST OF IT GOES AWAY.
