What Is The Best Treatment For Food Poisoning?
I have food poisoning from Wendy's last night I believe, and have been vomiting all night with diarreaha. I was just wondering what the best remedy is for this? I've tried to stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water, but keep vomiting that up. Any advice you could give me would be nice. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the diarrhea due to food poisoning and causes the dehydration then it may requires the I/V fluid with antiemetic drug and it needs to be given with infusion saline. It is better to do in hospital for better management and treatment, if can tolerate the oral antiemetic then tab Domperidone can be tried.
