What Is The Best Treatment For Granuloma On Nose?
I have a granuloma on my nose where my piercing was rejected. What is the best treatment for this? My piercer recommended seeing my doctor for a prescription cream which will heal this and reduce the bump back to normal size. Will I need surgery on top of this?

It all depends on the size of the granuloma and how long it has been, for small ones a topical steroid based cream will suffice, but if it is big or infected, you may need surgical excision.
