I am a male 48 years old and I believe I have times Curtis or candidiasis. Basically a severe rash near the anus and butt crack. It comes and goes in severity daily. I have tried one antifungal for three days which seemed to knock it back but it came back a day or two later. I keep the area very clean. When it appeared to be almost gone there were small sores that would open with each bowel movement. Basically it is having a difficult time healing between each movement. Any ideas on what treatment would work best?? This has been going on about a month. Thanks!
