So I got a really bad sunburn on Wednesday. That night it was fine I could sleep. But tonight I can barely touch my skin to put aloe on and I can’t lay down to sleep. Even a light air movement over my skin hurts to the point of a stinging burn sensation. Could this be sun poisoning?
Sun burn may produce discomfort, pain, burning and itching. Cold compresses might reduce the the discomfort so, do cold compresses along with the treatment. This is not sun poisoning.
