What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Can I still have a baby and should I try to have one even if im irregular. My last menstrual was back in February (2014) at the time I was on birth control I stop taking it because I kept missing my days. Just 4 days ago, I started spotting real lightly but then it stop what should I do. I m 26 years old and were ready to try to have a baby. I am taking over the counter prenatal will it help me. what should I do to help me conceive?

if u have missed ur period even u r irregular in ur periods then also do a home pregnancy test or B-HCG test or a scan as u r telling there is spotting.if scan shows sac or upt positive then u should take care of it and consult to nearby doc for further treatment and that will help in ur pregnaNCY.
