What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Hi, my name is Brittany. I had my nexplanon implant taken out on January 26th and had my first period in almost 2 years on the day it was taken out and it lasted about 3 days and haven't had one since and my fiance and I have had sex on my most fertile days (unless I calculated wrong ) I've taken a lot of pregnancy test but all negative... but I feel pregnant and still haven't had another period since January 26th ... PLEASE HELP ! Trying to get pregnant but the tests say im not, could it just be too early? Or a false positive? or could I just not be pregnant? What are the chances I am pregnant??

Hi,
I understand your concern.
The reversal of fertility/normal menses, after nexplanon implant removal is maximally witin one month
If you have not menstruated since the removal & pregnancy test is -ve, you should consult a gynecologist for tracing other causes of absent me amenorrheoa,
I find this answer helpful
