Thanks, I am fine & happy because of the best wishes of people like you. & I am sure you also be fine when you conceive. Please follow following regime under an expert gynecologist's care.. I you would succeed soon.
After 1 years of married life,when there is no issue... both husband & wife need to get investigated.
- A physical examination of you both by an expewrt doctor shoukld be done in beginning.
- Get your husband's semen analysis tested after an abstinence of 3 days.
- Get your ovulation study/ USG abdomen done to check about ovulation/ ovaries/ uterus health.
- get thyroid testing done.
- CBC/ blood sugar/ urine testing will help
* Your doctor would easily pin point the cause of non conception in both /either of you.& give you specific treatment as pr need,.
* locate ovulation by LH surge test,
Have unprotected sex before/ at the time/ after the ovulation.
You will know confirmed pregnancy by pregnancy test a week after expected date of menses.
