What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

hi me and my husbend have been trying to get pregnant but have failed its been 4 months here the past two weeks i have been have flutter like feelings and sick to my stomach and have headaches im tired all the time but at night i cant sleep and im am using the bathroom way more what could this be?

I u7nderstand your concern.
The minimum requirement sfor conception are,
- Normal menstruation & ovulation in female partner,
- normal sperm count in male partner & normal intercourse.
- unprotected sex around ovulation day.
* In case of any doubt about these you should consult a gynecologist & get treatment as per advised.
*An ovulation study by USG abdomen & semen analysis would give primary idea about fitness of both partners.
* LH surge test is a home test which will give idea about ovulation day . Which mostly coincides to 14 days prior to expected date of periods- in case of normal menstrual cycle.
