Have you been evaluated for subfertility? I would like to know a few things like your partner's semen analysis, your Ultrasound report ,if you have any other medical or surgical history ,and off course since how long have you been trying to conceive. Duphaston is a progesterone hormone which helps maintain the lining of the womb.It will help sustain the embyro on the lining, if fertilzation occurs. To help you conceive you need Proper evaluation to check that you are ovulating adequately or not.If not then ovulation needs to be induced with clomiphene. But prior, to that the patency of your tubes should be checked by Hysterosalphingography. All the best.
Hope this helps. Regards.
