What Is The Best Treatment To Get Rid Of Haemorrhoids?

hemmorroids. mma fighter. first time. i did a lavender bath cuz i didnt have the germanium oil, carrier oil and a couple other natural intredients to use like ghee and turmeric off my memory, but whats the best thing to do to get rid of them, and DEFINITELY preventing recurrance of it. its only one.
