What Is The Best Way To Get Rid Of Scabies When Permethrin Cream And Ivermectin Along With Lifestyle Changes Haven't Helped?

What is the best way to get rid of scabies. We have tried the parmetherin cream and the ivermectin but now a new flair up. We do not rewear any clothes, we are using the scabies soap, we vacuum the house and was all our linens daily. Please help.. I’m about in tears

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I knew that you have scabies and you took perfect treatment and got it again. If it is really scabies, then it is very surprising that you did not get response after perfect treatment. Probable cause may be resistant to permethrin cream. I would advise to apply Gamma benzene hexachloride lotion benzyl benzoate lotion at night from neck to toe for three days. If no response, then revise the diagnosis.
