hi my name is Braden, my niece is over weight and getting teased alot at school. she has a little hip problem but my sister is seeking pyshio on her. I want to help her loose weight. She is a little stubborn . how can i get around that

Mr braden according to me you dont need to send her for physio ,you can make her play sports or out door games . Its her age to enjoy life with friends. If she is overweight she can do cycling for 1 hour, she can play badminton, or any other sports which she likes or which makes her physically active.
If she is sedentary kind of child who just sits and watch t.v then parents can become a part of her physical activity and should get involved in playing with her.This will be the best exercise for her.
SOON SHE WILL SHED EXTRA POUNDS.
