What Is The Best Way To Protect Myself From Cold And Stay Healthy?

I am a manager of a ladies trans. house here in Nashville Tn. i get laies off the streets that have had no home or any kind of healthy living for long periods of time. 1)what is the best way to protect myself from all that they have- most have cold and other more serous promlems? 2) what is the best way to help get healthy quick?

As you are in contact with the cold patients, you should take precautions. Precautions in the terms of mask, taking a antioxidants like fruits, vegetables, probiotics. Also once patients are coming in contacts they should be given disposable masks, so both examiner and patient have protection and chances of getting infection comes down.
