This is hard to explain but I have not been sexually active in any capacity in several years and I am a 42 year old black female. For about 3 months I have noticed that I have this dreadful blackish pasty sediment on my raised toilet seat when I arise after voiding and when I wipe I notice like a pasty blackish exudate from between my lips as well. I don t have any discharge or foul odor. Is this sometype of fungal thing? I have very good hygiene and have never had a std or any illness. I am not on any meds. I give plasma regularly and my blood is clear of any communicable diseases.
