What Is The Bruise And Bump On My Forearm?
Yesterday, I noticed a bump on my forearm but I don t remember bumping or hurting myself. It felt bruised but was about an inch and a half in diameter and swollen. Today, my forearm has a 4-5 inch bruise running from the base of my wrist up my forearm. There is a small white bump toward the middle of the bruise. (smaller than a pencil eraser). I thought spider bite but I don t see any bite marks.

It could be a contusion only. Fracture is unlikely. As of now, you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
