What Is The Bubble Like Bump On The C Section Scar?

I had a c section 13 weeks ago. i healed very quickly. 2 weeks ago i noticed a small bump that feels like a bubble on my scar. The bump is not painful. But i have been experiencing period like cramps for 2 weeks as well. I have had my menstrual cycle once 2 months postpartum. My lower back hurts as well. please help
