General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear friend,
You have a wrist swelling, occasionaly painful and disappears. This swelling most probably a ganglion. It is a wrist swelling with occasional pain on heavy strain, and may disappear. But exact diagnosis posible after examination. And ganglion needs surgical excision as ideal treatment.

Thank You.
