What Is The Cause And Cure For Hidradenitis Suppurativa ?

No one appears to know the cause nor the cure for hydratis supertiva. I am a 44 year old woman of color with outbreaks on my inner thighs, underarms, and buttocks. I presently have five outbreaks. I got tired of running back and forth to the doctor for temporay help. I am 5.5" and weigh 235lbs. So, the obvious first step is to lose weight. That sounds easier than it really is. So...I currently am using 1 cup of alcohol, 1TB of lemon juice ad 1TB of lime juice after every shower. I shower with antibacterial soap, use Tom's deorderant, wear cotton undergarments, and wear loose fitting clothes. Is there anything more that I could be doing?
