Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would advice that you see a dermatologist. Your dermatologist might also choose to prescribe an oral antibiotic for inflammatory acne e.g either doxycycline or Azithromycin for 4-12 weeks.

Once daily azaleic acid gel or adapalene gel can be used at night, at the start of therapy along with topical clindamycin gel or benzoyl peroxide gel, over active acne during the day. Azaleic acid works for both acne and pigmentation.

You may begin with a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.

For post acne hyperpigmentation skin lightening ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone etc can be prescribed by your treating dermatologist once your acne is under control.

regards
