What Is The Cause And Treatment For Breathlessness And Darkness In Front Of Eyes?
hard time breathing
A good friend of mine has hard time breathing specially when she is laughing and sometime out of no where she hold her chest saying she can't breath. it lasts about 30 sec-1 min and she is fine. She also has pain that comes and goea in right upper quadrant of her abdoman.. And last night she said she seees dark around her, but can see people around. And feels week legs don't support her weight.she 19yrs, black female, looks Health. Only diabetics history in Family nothing else.
what do you think could be wrong with her.

It seems from the history that your friend is having intermittent attacks of breathlessness with sudden blackouts of vision. These symptoms indicate transient ischaemic attack because of decrease in blood supply to brain.
This is usually caused by atherosclerosis affecting the arteries. Hence this requires to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
