Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dry eye and blepharitis and you are having burning of eyes.
The treatment of dry eyes is by use of artificial tears eye drops. The treatment of blepharitis is by use of lid scrubs and antibiotic eye ointment.
Since dry eyes and blepharitis tend to run a long course and treatment is required for 2-4 months before you notice complete improvement. Dry eyes and blepharitis both are related to each other and the severity of dry eyes is increased by blepharitis.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
