Hi Jasmine, Nose bleeding can be very common, specially in hot dry weather, where your nasal mucosa may dry up, which may lead to frequent nose picking (bleeding from the Little's area). However, if that is not the cause, then nose bleeding (epistaxis as we call it), may be due to local causes like, Deviated
nasal septum (where the partition between you two nostrils may be curved) or nasal polyps (may be common if you are allergy proned). You can also get your Blood Pressure checked, to rule out
hypertension (which can be a cause of
nasal bleeding). I would also like to enquire whether, there is any history of
bleeding disorder in your family.
But taking you history into account, it seems to be more of a local cause than systemic. You can apply emollients, to prevent nasal mucosa drying.
Cold compress may help (by constricting the local blood vessels) and in case of very heavy bleeding you can use Tablet
Tranexamic Acid (500 mg) to stop the bleeding.
But I would advice you to get yourself checked up by a otorhinolaryngologist to rule out a DNS or Nasal polyp and do some basic investigation like Hb and Platelet
