What Is The Cause And Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Vomiting?

My son has awoken the last two nights (4am and 1am) with stomach cramps, he has then vomitted. Th evomit smells sulphorous like bad eggs. Each day he has had only one episode of vomitting followed by another bringing up just small volumes of clear liquid. During teh day he is fine, has no pain and a good appetite. Any suggestions? HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, If this was the single episode noted and not happening on and often then it must be due to dyspepsia and the diet could be the cause which was taken, if the symptoms is persisting then it may be due to infection food allergy and other systemic disease and then it may demands the medical attention, dyspepsia may not need any treatment and it is the self limiting condition patient soon get alright, hope this information helps.
