What Is The Cause For Black Spots On The Head Of My Penis When In Ocean Water?
I am in Hawaii. We have been in the ocean water numerous times, and I have noticed that I am getting very small black spots on the head of my penis. If I do not get in the water for a few days, it will go away, my wife says they look like scabs, or dried skin.
