hi, i am 16yrs old and i went to my native place there i had cold for 20days. when i returned back i started having fever so i consulted a doctor. he told me to give a blood test to see whethere i had maleria or typhoid. but nothing was there in the results.then he told to me to take an x-ray. they found in x-ray that there is some fluid in left chest. so i want to know that what i am suffering from.

Bacterial pneumonia and tuberculosis are common infection which produce effusion. Your fever and cold are also due to this infection.
