What Is The Cause For Green Discharge From Navel And Why Is It Hurting To Bend With A Knot In Belly Button?

I had a pain on my right side of my stomach near navel and it was radiating to my back in the same area, that was 2days ago now I developed a knot in my belly button which hurts to bend over pretty bad and aboutvan hour ago I had a greenish yelkiw discharge coming out of my navel.

Hi and welcome to HCM,

Common cause of discharge from the from the umbilicus is an infection of the skin. Good environment for the growth of bacteria or fungi in this region. You need to treat it with topcial antibacterial or antifungal creams or
oral meds Pain is due to infection only.
