What Is The Cause For Growing,sore,itchy,lumps With Blisters On My Stomach?

i have a lump on the right side of my stomach near my bely button have had it for a bout a year and its jsut getting bigger i am getting blisters and sores on my stomach now and they itch really bad the blisters pop and then stick to my clothes im getting concerned this is a tumor of some sort since it keeps getting bigger?
