What Is The Cause For Heavy Bleeding During Periods?

I started my period and it was very light then went a little heavier the second day and im now on my third day and it almost stopped completely all day but now im bleeding slightly more.....i usually have heavy flow to start with until the fourth day what could cause this?

It could be due to any stress related problem. Please do have a direct consultation with your gynecologist. If needed, a pelvic scan should be taken.
