What Is The Cause For Heavy Bleeding?

I'm bleeding when I go to the toilet, its being happening for a while but just a little bit and it used to happened just for a couple of days. SInce Saturday, I've being bleeding A LOT everytime I go to the bathroom (toilet paper completly red) and it burns afterwards.
