What Is The Cause For High Temperature And Headache?

My daughter is 4 she become lethargic last night and ended up with a temp of 39.1 degrees which lowered to about 37.88 threw out day, has complained of hedache across forehead and temp is back to 38.69 has been asleep for2 hours, is having chills too.

HI,
It seems that she might be having viral fever.
It is self limiting condition and within 2-3 days she will be alright.
Give her paracetamol to get symptomatic relief from fever.
Give her plenty of water and light diet.
Ok and take care.
