What Is The Cause For Intermittent Itching In Pubic Area, Brown Or Reddish Stains As Am Sexually Inactive?

off and on I have itch in my pubic area, sometimes I have brown or reddish stains on my underwear, I have not been intimate with anyone in several months, I have checked and checked and there does not appear to be crabs or nits, it seems like it is more of an itch, possibly I scratch in my sleep and that is causing some slight bleeding, I am not particularly itchy, its more I am extremely dry down there, the skin all looks normal?

Hi

History of excess white discharge ,foul smelling discharge or blood tinged discharge occurs in vaginal infections.A course of antibiotics can be taken in case of bacterial or fungal infections. Generalised causes of itching should be ruled out.Blood sugar levels should be taken.

Vaginal hygiene and ph should be maintained.Various vaginal washes are available for the same.Excess vaginal hair can also be trimmed.
