What Is The Cause For Missing My Period With The Sharp Pain Near The Belly Button Area?

I have been off my period for about 1 week now and when i went to the bathroom yesterday i have darkness in my panties. It looks like dried blood but it is now come the tissue everytime i use the bathroom and i have been having sharp pains near the belly button area

Hello, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age, wheather you are sexually active and about your menustral cycle.Sometimes premenustral symptoms also have a similar kind of presentation. But pregnancy should also he ruled out, by doing a urine pregnancy test.In case it turns out to be negative, than it is better to consult a gynaecologist for a better evaluation.
